Railway Housing Association is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide planned maintenance for kitchens/bathrooms/heating to properties across its portfolio. It should be noted that Railway Housing Association has a specification for kitchens/bathrooms and heating which suppliers must meet in order to be eligible for consideration. The specification is supplied as part of the tender documents.

Railway Housing Association is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide planned maintenance for kitchens/bathrooms/heating to properties across its portfolio. It should be noted that Railway Housing Association has a specification for kitchens/bathrooms and heating which suppliers must meet in order to be eligible for consideration. The specification is supplied as part of the tender documents.

The contract is for an initial 2 year period from 1.4.2019-31.3.2021 with the option to extend for 3 further 1 year periods. Railway Housing Associations programme of works is planned on an annual basis so the second year of the initial term is subject to satisfactory performance in year one and the continuation of the programme.
