With the energy transition, the Federal Republic of Germany is undergoing a comprehensive and fundamental transformation of its energy supply and use of energy to counter climate change. Federal funding for efficient buildings (BEG) represents a central pillar in achieving these goals. To ensure the successful implementation of the associated funding programs, dena acts as a branch office (BEG office) on behalf of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK). The funding programs are implemented by the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) and the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA). The contractor is to provide strategic advice to the German Energy Agency (DENA) on the further development of the BEG office until 2025 and accompany it through further workshops and coaching.
The services to be provided by the contractor include the creation of a concept that is suitable for implementing the project in a balanced balance between the use of classic management methods and agile elements in such a way that the strategic orientation enables an ideal interaction of the project teams involved, waste of resources is consistently avoided, maximum user centricity is ensured internally and externally, and new requirements can be taken up flexibly and quickly. The approaches, elements and routines developed as part of the overall concept should be structurally, culturally (mindset, understanding leadership) and methodologically scalable and serve as a blueprint so that other teams can be integrated directly into the project on this basis. The assignment also includes the conception, preparation, execution, moderation, follow-up and documentation (content and graphic processing) of all-day workshops as part of strategic project management, as well as team and individual coaching.
