The interventions, as better described in the tender documents, concern the execution of all the works, services and provisions necessary to perform and completely complete the works called "Project of territorial regeneration of the Tenuta di Mondeggi Stralcio 5 Strade ed Invasi".

The maximum estimated value of the contract is € 8,774,726.92 net of VAT and / or other taxes and legal contributions, as well as security charges due to risks of interference. The contract may be modified, without a new award procedure, pursuant to art. 106, paragraph 1, lett. a) of the Code, under the same conditions provided for in the original contract, in the case of activation of the works for the construction of the reservoir n. 1, worth € 2,602,357.27. The non-qualified competitor in the OG5 category ranking IV°, in case of activation of the option, will have to subcontract the percentage for which he is not qualified. Pursuant to art. 92, paragraph 1, of Presidential Decree 207/2010, the requirements not possessed that the same declares to want to subcontract, must be possessed by the competitor with reference to the prevailing category.
