The award is made after the submission and evaluation of the offers in accordance with Section 127 GWB i. V. m. 52 para. 2 SektVO granted on the most economical offer. The most economical offer is determined on the basis of the best price and the best fulfillment of the quality evaluation criteria. The price is weighted at 70%. The quality criteria are listed in the tender documents and are weighted with 30%.
