External auditing services.

We require a comprehensive external audit service that will:

— work with the head of finance to ensure the audit of the financial statements of beyond housing, coast and country developments and coast and country sales takes place within agreed timescales,

— form an opinion as to whether the financial statements show a true and fair view and comply with all relevant legislative, regulatory and financial reporting standard requirements,

— assess audit needs and prepare a detailed audit plan including timescales and projected completion dates,

— issue findings including a comprehensive external audit management letter to audit and risk committee and attend audit and risk committee meetings as requested,

— liaise with the company’s internal auditors as necessary,

— complete and submit the corporation tax computation and returns per HMRC timescales,

— provide ad-hoc services relating to tax advice, VAT, and loan covenant compliance.
