Client representative services including employers representative/employers agent (technical)/employers agent (financial) for Connaught Street, Phibsboro, Dublin 7 and for the establishment of a multiple operator framework agreement for Focus Housing Association.

The full client's representative services include:

— employer's representative under the design and build contract with responsibility for the management and co-ordination of the contract throughout;

— project management support to Focus Housing Association managing the project;

— Act as Employers Agent (Technical) to provide technical/engineers advice, support and certification to Focus Housing Association;

— Act as Employer's Agent (Financial) to provide contract and cost management support formalities to Focus Housing Association including negotiating and managing certified payments, change orders and overall final account, etc.
