Opportunity to implement a program in London Borough of Waltham Forest to improve health outcomes by supporting residents through Community Health Champions.
Community Health Champion Programme in London Borough of Waltham Forest. Waltham Forest Council is committed to taking bold, preventative action to deliver better health outcomes for our residents. We must make sure our residents have the support they need at every stage of their lives if they are to live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives. Our CHCs are perfectly placed to drive this mission, reaching out to our most deprived and isolated residents in the heart of their communities, to link them to accurate, Public Health led advice; and community support that will drive down inequalities and protect their health.
