Procurement for responsive repairs, void property works, and out of hours emergency works across two geographical lots in Scotland, utilizing M3NHF schedule of rates and standardised document templates.
Responsive Repairs, Void Property Works and Out of Hours Emergency Works. The works will consist of All-Trades reactive repairs including out of hours emergencies covering 365 days per year and 24/7 in-day and out of hours reactive repairs to properties and common areas at various sites. The contract covers two geographical Lots: Lot 1 Edinburgh, Lothians and Scottish Borders Lot 2 Fife, Angus and Perth & Kinross Lot 1 Edinburgh, Lothians and Scottish Borders Responsive Repairs, Void Property Works and Out of Hours Emergency Works.
