Call for expressions of interest for the Maisons-Laffitte racecourse.
Call for expressions of interest for the hippodrome aiming to question the programmatic avenues of reflection undertaken to ensure the future of the hippodrome and allow the maintenance of horse races. The objective is to refine the economic and legal model allowing the operation of a private program on the racetrack site, based on the rehabilitation (possibility of extension), the marketing and management of buildings, use of outdoor spaces. The operator will propose a global project compatible with the holding of 26 days of horse racing days.
The call for Expressions of Interest covers:
- a 92 ha site on the banks of the Seine;
- a 12,600 m building
- design, construction and marketing of a new service and leisure center in the west of Paris. This does not constitute a public contract.
