Development of multi-discipline design and cost estimate documentation along with author's supervision as part of the task: "Construction of a training building with an auditorium" at JFTC in Bydgoszcz.

1. The subject of the contract is the development of multi-branch design and cost estimation documentation, in particular construction and executive documentation, obtaining a building permit and exercising author's supervision, in accordance with current law and building practice, including NATO technical standards, as part of the task: "Construction of a training building with an auditorium" on the JFTC in Bydgoszcz, implemented as part of the following tasks:

1) Additional training infrastructure;

2) Provision of information and communication infrastructure (CIS).

2. The implementation of the Subject of the Order will take place in separate stages and includes, m.in.:

1) as part of Stage I - preparation of pre-design and construction documentation for the material scope resulting from the TBCE cost estimate authorized by the Investment Committee, along with obtaining the necessary consents and arrangements for the documentation in question;

2) as part of Stage II - obtaining the necessary consents and decisions, including obtaining agreements, consents, administrative decisions, necessary to carry out construction works and carry out works constituting a complete task, in accordance with the purpose it is to serve, including obtaining a decision on determining the location of a public purpose investment (ULICP), water permit (if required), environmental decisions (if required required), a decision permitting the felling of trees, administrative decisions required to carry out construction works and carry out works, in accordance with the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law, making possible notifications - in accordance with the Construction Law;

3) as part of Stage III - preparation of executive documentation and other studies necessary for the implementation of the investment.

3. The detailed scope of work and obligations covered by this contract is specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex 3 to the Terms of Contract, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ", available on the website of the proceedings.
