The client intends to build a support heating plant (total capacity 45 MW). The client supplies citizens, companies and municipal facilities in Unterföhring with district heating from four deep geothermal boreholes. The support heating system based on natural gas is to serve as a redundancy and for peak load. This is where the VE05 construction site preparation is awarded.
Construction site preparation with terrain pre-excavation and fastening of the surface for construction work including slope protection by means of shotcrete wall. The following services must be performed:
• Approx. 2,900 m² of bush including 50 trees cleared
• ordnance investigation
• Approx. 900 m³ topsoil removal, interlayers or disposal
• Loosen, temporarily store and dispose of approx. 7,500 m³ of soil
• Approx. 1000 m² of gravel-paved surface
• Approx. 200 m provisional asphalt pavement
• Approx. 300 m² reinforced shotcrete wall including grout anchor
• Approx. 90 m railing/fall protection
• Waste water connection to existing drainage channel including inspection shaft
• Aligning an existing waste water entry shaft DN 1500
