For the renewal of the ICN 500, LDV-DTZ railway car boxes, SBB announces the supply of 3 coating systems in accordance with TLB (technical delivery conditions) paint construction for the roof, sidewall/viewing surfaces (2K base/clear coat construction) and underbody/inner floor (2K EP system). This includes products for a total of approx. 250 tons of paint/varnish. A total of 564 railway car boxes will be renewed in the projects. The renewal projects take place at the Olten plant, Yverdon. Optionally, projects will also take place at the Bellinzona plant. SBB has the opportunity to draw options during the contract period and thus procure additional quantities for further projects with 1,400 railway car boxes and the same coating system.
