Simple repair works of the premises of the group of non-residential buildings of the special construction category (unique No. 4400-1970-2848), located at the address Greenhouseų str. 29, Vilnius, CHITS (Block A, 1st floor) (Works – Works – Works specified in the Technical Task, which must be performed by the Contractor under the Contract, including Equipment and Materials). The requirements for the subject-matter of the contract are specified in the annexes to the procurement conditions : in the technical specification (technical task) and in the draft public contract. Deadline for the completion of works: all work must be carried out no later than 6 (six) months from the date of transfer of the construction site. The deadline for the execution of works may be extended, and the schedule for the execution of works may be adjusted for a period of up to 1 (one) month only due to circumstances beyond the control of the Contractor, as well as due to the conditions provided for in paragraphs 7.7.1 to 7.7.3 of the annex to the procurement conditions "Draft public procurement contract".
