A. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the development of a construction project

and executive documentation along with obtaining a final decision on the permit

for the construction of an investment aimed at the implementation of a complex of multi-family residential buildings with underground car parks (garages) along with land development, networks and accompanying infrastructure in Żory in the area of Okrężna Street / Al. Jana Pawła II.

The Contractor is obliged to conduct author's supervision over the construction project and executive documentation.

The subject of the contract is to be performed in accordance with the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) attached to the SWZ together with the annex issued to it, applicable regulations and standards, principles of modern technical knowledge and construction art, health and safety and fire protection regulations, environmental protection, provisions of this SWZ. Due to the fact that the Ordering Party has geotechnical documentation that may be useful for the Contractor,

1. TECHNICAL SCOPE (includes the execution of a set of documents and obtaining all decisions and arrangements in accordance with the requirements of the law):

1.1. Making a situational and altitude map in a scale of 1:500 for design purposes.

1.2. Determination of geotechnical conditions for the foundation of the object, in accordance with the applicable

in this regard by regulations.

1.3. Submission and obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party technical conditions for connecting all possible utilities needed for the functioning of buildings.

1.4. Performing economic analyses of the conditions of connection of the media, taking into account the assumptions of the project documentation, the assumed design solutions and presenting them for selection

and approval by the Ordering Party.

1.5. Development of a construction project in accordance with the Construction Law and the Regulation

on the detailed scope and form of a construction project, (4 copies) containing:

1.5.1. Multi-discipline land use project, including m.in::

a) Road design (execution of entrance, sidewalks, bicycle paths, parking spaces, squares

and other paved areas, etc.).

b) Design of small architecture devices (including m.in construction of playgrounds).

c) Green project (preparation of an inventory of existing greenery, obtaining the necessary decisions

and permits for the removal of trees and shrubs - if necessary, the design of greenery - including replacement plantings).

d) Design of the installation/network of technical infrastructure for land utilities (including spacers), in accordance with the requirements resulting from the regulations (construction and / or reconstruction of connections

and water supply, sanitary, rainwater, central heating, gas, electricity, outdoor lighting, teletechnical sewage).

1.5.2. Multi-discipline architectural and construction project, including m.in::

a) Design of the architectural and construction industry (including BIOZ information).

b) Design of the construction industry.

c) Design of the sanitary installations industry (internal and external water supply systems for domestic and fire protection purposes, DHW, sanitary sewerage, central heating with heat, gas, ventilation

and air conditioning – in rooms that will technologically require it).

d) Project of the gas installation industry (indication of places of inclusion of gas installations for facilities, internal gas installations, if necessary, and in the case of supplying the housing estate through city heat, indication of places of inclusion of external networks).

e) Electrical installation industry design (power connector for energy supplier, internal lighting, evacuation and emergency lighting installations, plug-in sockets, external lightning protection installations, outdoor lighting).

f) Project of the telecommunication, Internet, computer, intercom and video monitoring industries.

g) Design of fire protection systems. – according to the requirements resulting from generally applicable provisions of law.

(h) Projects of other installations, in accordance with the requirements of the regulations.

1.5.3. Multi-discipline technical design (in accordance with the land development project and architectural and construction design), including m.in.:

a) Design of the architectural and construction industry.

b) Design of the construction industry.

c) Design of the sanitary installations industry (internal and external water supply systems for domestic and fire protection purposes, DHW, sanitary sewerage, central heating with heat, gas, ventilation

and air conditioning – in rooms that will technologically require it).

d) Project of the gas installation industry (indication of places of inclusion of gas installations for facilities, internal gas installations, if necessary, and in the case of supplying the housing estate through city heat, indication of places of inclusion of external networks).
