The object of the order is the construction of the Plzeň GPZ station along with supply lines.

Stage 1 — Construction of GPZ Station 110/15 kV Plzeň”.

The order relates to the project “Construction of the GPZ Plzeň station together with the supply line” no POIS.07.01.00-00-007/19 (UDA- POIS.07.01.00-00-007/19-00) under Action 7.1. - Development of smart energy storage, transmission and distribution systems — Operational Programme infrastructure and environment 2014-2020 Priority Axis VII — Improving Energy Security Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020.

Detailed scope shall be determined by the order documents.

The item of the order. “Construction of the GPZ Plzeň station together with supply lines, stage 1 — Construction of GPZ station 110/15 kV Plzeň”.

The scope of the task.

I .The scope of the Subject Agreement shall include:

1) the implementation of the implementing projects:

(a) the Technical Security System and the Fire Signalling System of SE Plzeň, in accordance with the requirements for the Technical Security System and the Fire Signalling System, Annex No 1 to the OPZ;

(b) for the replacement of the ground-circuit protection for the 110 kV Plzeň (currently Latoszyn) line at 110/15 kV Ładna station, cooperating with the designed (volume G1) half-set in Plzeň station;

(c) for the replacement of the ground-circuit protection for the 110 kV Plzeň (currently Ładna) section of the 110/30/15 kV Latoszyn station, cooperating with the designed (volume G5) half-set in Plzeň station;

(d) for the construction of 2 sets of 220 kV 250 Ah station batteries, with a large surface positive plate without recombinant plugs (in place indicated in volume K1 as existing);

(e) to ensure compliance with newly developed technologies in the ICT system, communications equipment included in the implementation project should be expanded with modules, cards and licenses ensuring compliance with MEF Carrier Ethernet 2.0, MPLS TP support, TDM over Packet — SAToP, ERPS redundancy G.8032 v2, PRP/HSR, synchronous Ethernet SyncE ITU-T G.8261, precision time PTP 1588 Power Profile C.37-238, and encryption and integrity of MACsec IEEE 802.1AEbn-2011 AES 256 bit key. For all SN 15 kV linear switchgear fields, construct PMU phasor measurement modules that work with the ICT system after Ethernet links with PTP 1588 Power Profile C.37-238. From the 15 kV SN switchgear linear fields derive measurement circuits to PMU modules;

(f) for the installation of ventilation, air conditioning and heating of the premises of the building;

— Built in each room where air conditioning is planned, double air conditioner kit for alternating work,

— apply air conditioner wall-mounted controllers instead of remote controls,

— Build control by the switchboard of air conditioners supply circuits and, therefore, use air conditioners equipped with Autorestart, ensuring when power is switched on again,

— provide a solution that enables remote surveillance and configuration of air conditioners via Ethernet,

— Built a reference temperature and external humidity detector,

— ensure the integration of air conditioning, ventilation and heating equipment into the Technical Security System - emergency shutdown in the fire, detection of the presence of service at the station,

— provide integration with the Object Surveillance System, IFTER EQU,

— Build the control and control panel of the switchboard for user input;

(g) for the implementation of the transitional stages of construction specified in the WRI;

2) obtaining the required consent, arrangements, decisions including the relevant building permits/making notifications of works as described in paragraph 2 (1) if required with the development of construction projects/notification materials;

3) delivery to the Contracting Authority;

4. notification of the planned date for the start of the construction works to the competent authority;

5) obtaining appropriate permits and notification of installations on the basis of environmental legislation, in particular the Law of 27 April 2001, Environmental Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1396);

6) the execution of construction works;

7) carry out the commissioning (in accordance with the provisions of the standard PN-E-04700) and the transfer of the contract object to the Contracting Authority for use; the basis for checking the object after commissioning is to provide the Ordering Party with a set of measurement protocols;

8) the development of post-built documentation;

9) the training of the Ordering Party's personnel.
