IRE Elit produces and markets radioisotope generators used in nuclear medicine in many hospitals around the world (USA, Europe, Asia, Australia, etc.).
The contract relates to a service provision for the industrialization of an assembly process for the Gallium generator.
The assembly process for the 68 Gallium generator has been simplified on a laboratory scale. The new process consists of autoclaving the internal part of the generator after assembly of the components in a classified environment (grade C).
The purpose of the services of this call for tenders concerns the transposition of this laboratory process, on an industrial scale:
- in an existing pharmaceutical building,
- by putting an existing production line back into service,
- by purchasing a new autoclave to be installed in the existing building (outside the scope),
- in a GMP and nuclear environment.
