Through this tender, the GGD Zeeland wishes to contract 1 accountant for the performance of the audit (s) and all related services in accordance with the requirements stated in the PoR.

The agreement has a fixed contract duration, the start date being 1.8.2019 and the end date 31.7.2021. In addition, the agreement has a two-sided option to extend two (2) times a maximum of one (1) year, which means that the agreement therefore legally ends on 31.7.2021, 31.7.2022 or 31.7.2023 respectively. The option means that the agreement to be concluded will continue in the same form and under the same conditions.
