1) The subject of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Czarny Dunajec Commune in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. 2) The entire order has been divided into 2 parts: a) Part 1 - Collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which residents live, located in the Municipality of Czarny Dunajec in the period from January 1, 20223 to December 31, 2023; b) Part 2 - Collection and management of municipal waste from schools and public areas from the Czarny Dunajec Commune in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. 3) The detailed scope of services under Part 1 and Part 2 is specified in Annex 10 to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract.
