The contract includes the design and construction of a program of approximately 20,000 m² net of buildings to be built divided into various entities as well as all outdoor developments, including the perimeter barrier of the site.

The purpose of this public contract is the overall study of architecture, stability, special techniques (with the exception of electronic security of the site) and development of the surroundings as well as the complete realization of the construction work of the structure.

In addition to carrying out all the work, all the services related to the various studies essential to the realization of the complete project are included in the contract:

• the complete mission of project author, both for the architecture part and for the part related to stability and special techniques;

• studies, works and coordination related to the demolition of existing buildings destined to disappear as well as developments related to temporary moves (interior and exterior)

• studies and works related to the development of the surroundings.

• coordination with the project electronic security market (off-market), both at the project and construction stage;

• safety and health coordination, at the project stage.
