The subject of the contract is the development of complete design and cost estimate documentation for the task entitled: "Construction of a dry reservoir on the Młynówka River at km 3+485" along with obtaining all necessary administrative decisions, including a decision on the investment permit.
The aim of the project is to build a dry reservoir on the Młynówka River in the following villages: Trzcinica, Opacie – Jasło commune, Bączal Dolny – Skołyszyn commune, Jasło poviat. The head dam of the reservoir is planned at km 3+485 of the Młynówka River, and its capacity is to amount to approx. 515 thousand m3.

As part of the above-mentioned investment, it is also planned to build a bottom outlet in a combined form to increase the possibilities of fish migration, demolition, construction of culverts and bridges on the Młynówka River (reconstruction of 4 bridges at km 1+504, 1+702, 2+694, 6+012, elevation of the road level on the bridge at km 1+944, elevation of the road to the bridge at km 1+702 at length 81m and 1+944 at length 96m) reconstruction or construction of access roads and public roads (category L or Z), reconstruction of the existing underground and above-ground infrastructure (including the transfer of the LV power grid to a length of 1250 m), demolition of existing farm buildings, construction of flood embankments and boulevards on the left and right banks of the Młynówka River together with the necessary infrastructure with a total length of approx. 1 330 m.
