The customer pursues the goal of being able to demonstrate the automated post-processing, sorting, identification and quality assurance of SLS components. The contractor undertakes to develop a concept as well as to supply the required individual components for an interlinking and automation solution for the integration of the individual machines for depowdering and cleaning as well as to the implementation of part identification and sorting and the possibility of connecting QA / analytical processes. Part of this concept is in particular the identification and sorting of parts. The connection to an IoT platform for data acquisition and control is to be implemented as part of a subsequent development project. The complete implementation and commissioning of the automation and parts identification solution will also be carried out as part of the further cooperation within
of a research and development project.
