Procurement of property planning services (buildings and interiors), LPH 1 to 5, in stages for the general renovation of the student housing complex, house No. 12 in the student town of Freimann, Munich.

The Munich Student Union intends to carry out the general renovation of the student housing complex at Christoph-Probst-Straße 8, house no. 12, student city of Freimann Munich. According to BayBo in the version of the 2007 notice, this building is a building of class 5 according to Art. 2 (3), a special building with two (2) elements according to Art. 2 (4): high-rise building of more than 22 m height and a dormitory as other facility for accommodating people.

The existing building no longer meets today's standards in terms of technical and building physics requirements, accessibility and has significant deficiencies in the area of technical equipment; these deficiencies must be remedied by means of renovation.

The subject of this procurement procedure is therefore the procurement of property planning services (buildings and interiors) in accordance with HOAI (2021) Part 3, Section 1, Service Phases LPH 1 to 5.

For planning, the regulations of Section 34 BauGB and the Building Use Ordinance, as well as the relevant provisions of the Bavarian Building Code, the Directive on the Building Inspection Treatment of High-Rise Buildings (HHR) of the State of Bavaria, Guideline on the Promotion of Housing for Students, the requirements of statutory accident insurance, the to take into account accessibility requirements, the Sustainable Building Guidelines, as well as all other relevant regulations and standards, each in the version in force at the time of service provision.

The measure is subject to funding from the Bavarian State Ministry for Housing, Building and Transport.
