Object range of the order:

a) Carrying out maintenance and maintenance activities of air-conditioning and ventilation equipment and replacement of filters with new ones in operating theatres (Appendix No. 2, 2.2, 2.1, 2.3 and 2.4) installed in COZL buildings.

b) Cleaning service of ventilation ducts in COZL buildings (52,000 m2 of duct in total).

c) Maintenance of equipment in operation while maintaining design and set parameters in accordance with the user's requirements,

(d) Transport and disposal of waste resulting from servicing, maintenance, repair,

e) Ongoing record keeping for inspections, maintenance and repairs.

f) Servicing in accordance with the Act of 15.05.2015 on substances that deplete the ozone layer and on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases.
