The purpose of this consultation is to supply and install professional kitchen and laundry equipment for the City. The services are divided into lots treated by separate contracts: Lot 1-supply and installation of professional kitchen and laundry equipment, Lot 2-supply and installation of collective kitchen equipment and furniture. Each contract is awarded in the form of a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders, in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 and R. 2162-2 to R. 2162-6 of the SPC, for an initial period of 12 months from the date of notification. They will be tacitly renewable 3 times per 12-month period. Contracts will be awarded without minimum and with a maximum annual amount of 360,000 euro excluding VAT for lot 1 and 150,000 euro excluding tax for lot 2. This contract shall include environmental performance conditions indicated to the CCATP. For lot 1, a visit to the Central Kitchen is mandatory

The contract, of one year renewable 3 times, will be concluded without minimum and with a maximum annual amount of 360,000 euro ht, or 1,440,000 euro ht over the total duration of execution of 4 years. The visit of the Central Kitchen is mandatory to understand the constraints of execution of the services and the proposed solutions, which will be assessed in criterion 3 of the judgment of the technical value of the offers.

Supply and installation of collective kitchen equipment and furniture. The contract, of one year renewable 3 times, will be concluded without minimum and with a maximum annual amount of 150,000 euro ht, or 600,000 euro ht over the total duration of execution of 4 years
