The purpose of this consultation is to conclude, on behalf of the purchasing group, a multi-successful framework agreement with subsequent contracts for the transport and supply of natural gas and associated services in order to supply the delivery points of the members of the grouping
delivery points (Pdl) for consumers whose registered office belongs to legal category 7210 of the INSEE Sirene register (commune and commune nouvelle)the services of the framework agreement and the subsequent contracts to be concluded on the basis of the framework agreement relate to the transport and supply of natural gas for the supply of the delivery points of the members of the grouping of orders and the associated services.the delivery points of Lot 1 are listed in Annex 2 to the Special Clauses (CPA) pursuant to an alloti framework agreement and subsequent contracts awarded on the basis of this framework agreement
