Former Officers' settlement - conversion of military housing to residential use in Buchenstrasse, Bamberg - sanitary installations - construction phase 3.

The building site with the buildings to be renovated is located along Buchenstrasse and has so far been used for military housing.

There are 15 semi-detached houses (= 30 semi-detached houses) and one single-family house along Buchenstrasse, which are now to be renovated.

The overall measure extends from 2019 to probably 2022, is divided into several construction phases and is funded by the government of Upper Franconia and the Free State of Bavaria as part of the urban development subsidy and the municipal housing subsidy program (KommWFP).
