The contracts are for the delivery of gas servicing, maintenance, repairs and boiler installs, as well as electric heating, to properties owned and managed by NHG. It is intended that the contracts will commence in July, 2019, and subject to annual reviews, run for a period of 5 years with the option for renewal, as decided by NHG, for an extension of up to a further 2 years and then an additional further 2 years. The maximum duration of the contracts are 9 years. The estimated total annual value of the works is 6 145 000 GBP.
