1. The object of the order is the 24-hour protection of the objects and grounds of the Ordering Documentary and Fabular Films Plant in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as WFDiF) at Chełmska Street 21, Lotnika 1, and Puławska Street 61 from theft, burglary and fire, as well as from damage caused by damage caused by entry into the area of unauthorised persons during the duration of protection.

2. The Contractor shall be liable to property for any damage caused to the protected facilities that arise over the life of the contract.

3. In order to confirm that the services offered by the Contractor comply with the requirements laid down by the Contractor, the Contractor is obliged to have the current ISO Certificate confirming that the Contractor operates on the basis of the Quality Management System compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001, designated as ISO 9001:2015 — for the provision of services subject to a contract or equivalent document issued by the relevant body entitled to quality control.

The performance of 24-hour protection of the facilities and grounds of the Documentary and Fabular Films Label in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as WFDiF) at Chełmska Street 21, Lotnika 1, and Puławska Street 61. Description of the item of the order includes Annex A to SWZ. The terms of execution of the contract shall contain a model contract which is Annex B to the SWZ.
