The contracts aim to acquire local internet access including the supply of the termination equipment (CPE router) and the associated telecom link. They also include installation services and associated telecom support.
Lot 1 contract: Local Fiber Internet Access - single-attributed
Lot 2 market: Local 4G/5G internet access - single-awarder
The implementation of the new markets includes the takeover of the existing fleet. The migration will be handled by the incumbent(s) of the new markets.
The current fleet consists of 280 lines:
— 218 copper lines
— 47 fibre-optic lines
— 15 4G lines
The potential volumes on the whole market are:
— Up to 1400 fiber optic lines
— Up to 200 4G/5G lines

Fiber Optic Internet AccessLot 1: Local Internet Access Fiber Optic – Provision of Internet connection on fiber support, with a desire to maximize eligibility for FTTH. Constitution of a service catalog including professional offers (FTTE, FTTO).

4G/5G internet accessLot 2: Local 4G/5G Internet Access – Provision of cellular network internet links for the connection of Enedis or partner sites. This lot will meet the growing needs for agility and mobility and cover areas not served by fiber optics.
