The subject of this order is “Construction of rainwater drains in Kantorówny Street in Katowice”.

The object of the order is construction works consisting of the construction of a rainwater drainage system with the length of the main canal approx. 163,0mb and sewer branches of approximately 212,0mb, designed in the course of Kantorówny Street on the section from building no. 9 to the intersection with Zamenhofa Street inclusive, along with Zamenhofa Street, recreation robots.

1. The subject of this order is “Construction of a stormwater drainage system in Kantorówny Street in Katowice”.

The object of the order is construction works consisting of the construction of a rainwater drainage system with the length of the main canal approx. 163,0mb and sewer branches of approximately 212,0mb, designed in the course of Kantorówny Street on the section from building no. 9 to the intersection with Zamenhofa Street inclusive, along with Zamenhofa Street, recreation robots.

Construction work will be performed on a construction site made available by another contractor.

The scope of the order includes construction:

• gravitational rain drainage ducts DN500 from GRP pipes, length L=30.0mb,

• gravitational rain drainage ducts DN400 made of PVC-U solid pipes with elongated calyx, SDR34, SN8 with length L=17.0mb,

• gravitational rain drainage ducts DN315 made of PVC-U solid pipes with elongated calyx, SDR34, SN8 with length L=116.0mb,

• rainwater drains DN200 from PVC-U solid pipes with elongated calyx, SDR34, SN8 with length L=106.0mb,

• rainwater drains DN160 from PVC-U solid pipes with elongated calyx, SDR34, SN8 with length L=106.0mb,

• 5 set of DN1500 Perfect hatch wells made of reinforced concrete circles,

• 8 set of DN1200 Perfect hatch wells made of reinforced concrete circles,

• 1 set of manhole wells DN1000 type Perfect made of reinforced concrete circles,

• 3 kpl. sewer wells DN600 with PEHD,

• 3 kpl. sewer wells DN400 with PEHD,

• 14 kpl. street rain drains with settler DN500,

• 22 sq. Subgutter rain settlers with sedimentary basket and cover with DN150 drain pipe and knob knee

Before proceeding to the construction of the sewer system, an accurate inventory of the hollow of the existing ground armament, in particular at the junction with Zamenhofa Street and inform the Ordering Party of the outcome of the measurements.

4. Additional requirements for the subject of the contract:

1) The Contractor will incur the costs of obtaining all permits, use of the site during the works, administrative costs, maintenance of the cleanliness of the construction site and the adjacent site, including during the winter, etc. and incur the costs of adapting to the other requirements (additional requirements can be found in Annex 7 to SWZ).

2) All components and materials used by the Contractor must be authorised for use in the area of mining damage.

3) The Contractor in his own right and at his expense will update and agree on the design of the organization of the movement.

4) The Contractor shall, at the request of the Contracting Authority, submit a card for the transfer of waste for disposal, including debris and earth from the excavations, or present another document for their reuse or recycling.

The costs of the activities listed above shall be considered to be measured by the contractor,

included in the offer price and not subject to separate payment.

5. The Contracting Authority shall require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the following performance of the contract:

a) Excavation works

b) Installation work

c) Reconstitution robots

d) Operation of construction equipment

The requirements for the employment of persons performing the abovementioned activities are set out in Annex 4 to SWZ, a model contract.
