The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery of a brand new rescue and firefighting vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Krempachy. The car handed over by the Contractor to the Ordering Party will have a full fuel tank and other operating fluids replenished. When handing over, the Ordering Party requires training in the basic operation of the car in question. The scope and manner of performance of the subject of the contract is specified (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and the Draft Contract constituting (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ).
