►The subject of the contract is the execution by the Contractor of the export of municipal solid and liquid impurities from military complexes in Grudziądz, Jamy comm. Rogóźno, Grupa, Brodnica Chełmno, Grubno, according to the description indicated by the Ordering Party, scope in frequencies and requirements specified in by the Ordering Party, according to the tasks:
- task no. 1: export of municipal permanent impurities from the territory of military complexes,
- task no. 2: export of municipal liquid impurities from the site of military complexes.
Export of municipal permanent impurities from the site of military complexes.►The subject of the contract is the performance of the service in the field of successive export of municipal permanent impurities from the territory of military complexes in the villages Grudziadz, Grupa, Brodnica, Chełmno - Grubno, Jamy comune Rogóźno.
Scope: mixed municipal waste (20 03 01) - quantity of municipal waste mixed during the duration of the contract (30 months): 24 919.80 m3, other waste 485 m3, segregable municipal waste 5,487 m3
►A detailed description of the subject of the order, including including the summary of containers, their location, waste code, frequency of emptying, forecast waste quantity is determined by the order document.
►The Contracting Authority accepted the maximum quantity of waste and the frequency of services performed for calculation purposes and the payment shall be made for the service actually performed and the quantity of impurities indeed exported, shown in the protocols for the receipt of municipal constant impurities.
►The Contractor will be obliged to empty only full containers — containers that are not fully fully emptied will be emptied at the next date resulting from the export/notification schedule for individual military complexes.
►The Contractor will be obliged to supply and set containers for waste collection by 28.06.2022. — quantity, types, capacity, required colours are shown in Table No II fixed - Annex No 1 to SWZ. The Ordering Party will indicate to the Contractor where the containers are set in each military complex.
►Before proceeding with the implementation of the contract, the Contractor shall provide the Ordering Party with a schedule for export of municipal impurities with code: 20 03 01 01 (mixed waste), 20 01 01 (paper), 20 01 02 (glass), 20 01 39 (metals and plastics), indicating the specific day of the week on which it will be reception in individual localities and complexes.
►Exports of segregated waste — paper, glass, metals and plastics will occur when the containers are full. The Contractor shall report to the Contractor by phone/email the need to empty containers indicating the type of waste, e.g. paper, glass or metals and plastics, the location of the containers, while the Contractor undertakes to empty these containers within 24 hours of receipt of the notification.
►The Contractor is obliged to clean up the waste accumulated by the containers resulting from their overflow - when the planned /notified emptying has been delayed and when the waste has contaminated the area around the containers during the emptying operation.
►The Contracting Authority requires in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions — OJ 2021.906 of 17.05.2021 municipal waste containers corresponding to the colours provided for the waste of the type, as well as marked in the manner specified by the abovementioned Regulation i.e.
• BLUE CONTAINERS MARKED WITH THE INSCRIPTION “PAPER”
• GREEN CONTAINERS MARKED WITH THE INSCRIPTION “GLASS”
• YELLOW CONTAINERS MARKED WITH THE INSCRIPTION “METALS AND PLASTICS”
►The Contractor undertakes to maintain proper sanitary condition of containers - wash the container compartment each time after emptying in case of dirt, removal from the bottom and walls of containers glued uncleanliness and once a year during the summer to wash the entire chamber and surface outer all substituted containers.
►Before proceeding to the execution of the contract, the Contractors must be trained by the services of bhp, p. poż., the protection of the Contracting Authority's facilities and Military Units in which waste export services will be performed - about the time limit of training the Contractor shall inform the Contractor by fax on what least 3 working days before the designated date of training.
Export of municipal liquid impurities from the territory of military complexes►The subject of the contract is a service in the field of successive export of municipal liquid impurities from the territory of military complexes in the villages of Grudziadz, Grupa, Jamy comune Rogóźno, Brodnica, Chełmno-Grubno.

►The quantities of the subject of the contract set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ are due to its specificity only by the estimated quantities, the actual value will depend on the current needs of the military units for which the service is carried out. The performance of the service will proceed successively to the extent of the actual needs of the Contracting Authority during the term of the contract.
►Before proceeding with the execution of the contract, the Contractors must be trained by the service of bhp, the protection of the objects of the Contracting Authority and Military Units, in which the services of exporting liquid impurities will be carried out. The Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor by fax within 3 days before the specified date.
►Exports of liquid impurities shall be carried out in accordance with the needs of users, according to current declarations, which also specify the date of receipt of impurities, lodged by fax or by telephone by the Contracting Representative no later than 1 day before receipt.
►The Contractor shall be obliged to:
-safeguards received from the Ordering Party liquid impurities during transport,
-disposal of liquid impurities received from the Ordering Party in accordance with the legal regulations in this respect.
