The object of the contract is the execution of design documentation for the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of the gas network in msc. Sierakowice St. Ceynowy, ul. 400/3; UP/00408896.
Material scope:
— gas network w/c dn 63 mm PE RC, L = 40 m,
— connection ś/c dn 32 mm PE RC, L = 3 m (connection power 3 m
— gas cabinet pieces 1,
Based on the conditions of connection to the gas network, as set out in Annex 2 to the contract.
1) the implementation of the construction project, the executive and the object of the works for the task of the following: “The execution of the project documentation for the construction of the construction of the gas network in msc. Sierakowice Ceynowy ul. 400/3; UP/00408896”, based on the terms of connection in Annex 2 to the Agreement.
2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer, from the competent authority, the final building permit decision;
3) execution of the investor's cost estimate;
4) exercising author's supervision.
