On behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, Engagement Global organises the school competition on development policy and its accompanying measure - the Song Contest "Your Song for ONE WORLD" - every two years. The subject of the award is the conclusion of a framework agreement for services to support the implementation of the school competition and the song contest in the field of event management in the period from the end of September 2023 to the end of December 2024.

On behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, Engagement Global organises the school competition on development policy and its accompanying measure - the Song Contest "Your Song for ONE WORLD" - every two years. The subject of the award is the conclusion of a framework agreement for services to support the implementation of the school competition and the song contest in the field of event management in the period from the end of September 2023 to the end of December 2024. The term of the framework agreement is to begin with the award of the contract (expected on September 25, 2023) and end at the end of December 31, 2024.

The area of event management includes, among other things, services relating to the implementation of the second main jury meeting of the Song Contest in December 2023 as well as to the award ceremony, the evening programme and the supporting programme for the school competition in 2024. In terms of content, the following services are to be offered: the preparation of project plans for the implementation of the events as well as organization and support during the implementation, the accompaniment of dress rehearsals, the provision of moderators/photographers/speakers, the creation of safety concepts (including obtaining permits / taking out insurance), the design of stage programs and provision of technology, the creation of print materials, the production of films (introductory films of the top 5 candidates of the Song Contest, winning films for the school competition, documentary films, live streams or broadcasts), provision of supervisors, organization and implementation of transfers, research of locations and accommodations, participant management.
