The Norwegian Public Roads Administration, Northern Region, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, would like tenders for the delivery of helicopter services in Nordland, Troms and Finnmark Counties. The contract will primarily be for flying geologists to landslides for a site survey. In addition there can be a need for helicopters for triggering avalanches with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration´s Daisybell equipment, clearing avalanche tracks,clearing of ice with bullets and other types of assignments where the Contracting Authority requires a helicopter.

The purpose of this procurement is to meet the Contracting Authority's need for helicopter services.
