The object of this contract is technical assistance as well as the supply of foodstuffs for the preparation of menus for the nursery, nursery and elementary schools. The preparation of all meals and their distribution are carried out entirely on site by the community. The services of the contract are described in the Special technical clauses (CCTP). All of the services described are subject to an obligation of result.

Form of contract: with purchase orders with maximum. Award of a single market. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of one year.
