The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the buildings of the Jan Długosz University of Humanities and Natural Sciences in Częstochowa.
Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes: 09300000-2 Electricity, heat, solar and nuclear, 09310000-5 Electricity.
The Ordering Party informs that the order includes the supply of electricity in tariff group C11 – 600.00 kWh, in tariff group C21 – 927 300.00 kWh. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 5 to the SWZ.
The Contracting Authority at the same time informs that the following separate contracts are currently in force:
1) Distribution services contracts concluded for an unmarked period with Tauron Distribution S.A., Podgórska Street 25A, 31-035 Kraków, whereby the Ordering Party informs that these are not comprehensive agreements and does not provide for the conclusion of new contracts for the provision of distribution services.
2) Electricity sale agreement concluded with RENPRO Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Szczecin, Małopolska 43, for a definite period, valid until 28.03.2023.
The Ordering Party does not use promotional or loyalty offers.
The Contractor will be obliged to carry out on behalf of the Contracting Entity, on the basis of the power of attorney granted to him, the procedure of changing the electricity supplier, in time to start selling energy on 29/03/2023. The Contracting Authority shall grant a power of attorney taking into account the provisions of the IRiESD DSO, while the scope of the power of attorney will correspond to the scope of the subject of the contract.
Data and documents necessary to carry out the procedure for altering the seller, the Contracting Authority shall transmit to the Contractor at the latest on the date of the conclusion of the contract for the public procurement covered by the proceedings (including in electronic version).
The Contractor shall hold for the entire duration of the contract concerning the contract in question, a general distribution contract concluded between the Contractor and the Distribution Network Operator responsible for the objects covered by the contract.
The Contractor is obliged to act as a trade balancing entity for electricity sold under this Agreement.
The Ordering Party declares that he has legal title to the objects covered by this order.
The Contracting Authority guarantees the implementation of the subject of the contract at a level of not less than 70% of the value
The Purchaser does not allow submission of variants.
The Ordering Party does not allow for the possibility of issuing estimated invoices.
The Ordering Party does not provide for an increase in electricity consumption points or a change in the tariff of a given point.
The ordering party will consume all electricity only for its own needs.
