The subject of the contract is the security control and access control service provided by a specialized armed security formation at the Poznań-Ławica Airport.

The description of the subject of the contract and its scope is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).

The Contracting Authority does not allow partial bids, does not allow the submission of variant bids, does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement, does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) and (8) of the Public Procurement Law, does not provide for on-site inspections by the Contractors or verification of documents referred to in Article 131(2)(2) of the Public Procurement Law, does not provide for settlements in foreign currencies, does not provide for an electronic auction, does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the procedure, does not provide for the requirements referred to in Article 96 of the Public Procurement Law, does not allow the submission of bids in the form of electronic catalogues or the inclusion of electronic catalogues in the bid. The contracting authority did not divide the contract into lots due to the specificity of the contract and the place of provision of the services covered by the contract and the fact that the need to coordinate and supervise the activities of different economic operators performing individual parts of the contract could jeopardize the proper performance of the contract and ensure the proper provision of services to airport users.
