This contract is for the preparation and delivery of cold-binding meals for the municipality of Coulommiers, the Coulommiers community center for social action and the "Notre Maison" association club du 3 e age.

Estimated meal volume:

- about 140,000 children's meals per year for school restaurants (about 1/3 for kindergartens and 2/3 for elementary students) and 9,000 meals for animators,

- about 15,000 children's meals per year for leisure centers (about half for kindergartens and half for elementals) and 1,600 meals for animators,

- about 8000 breakfasts and 15 000 snacks per year for leisure centers,

- about 3,500 meals a year for the municipal restaurant (communal staff),

- about 8,000 meals a year for the restaurant of the 3rd e age "Our House",

- about 17,500 meals a year for home portering (CCAS).
