AMU outfits

Object of supplies: AMU outfits.

The contract covers the supply of basic medical intervention suits (TIB MED) in accordance with the Royal Decree of 21 March 2019 (amending the Royal Decree of 26 January 2018) determining the characteristics of the intervention clothing used by first aiders active in the context of emergency medical assistance for agents of ZONE 2 – LIEGE – IILE – SRI.

The contract is planned for 4 financial years (12 months), firm tranche, which can be extended by two conditional tranches, i.e. two years (12+12).

The market is divided into three lots.

Delivery locations: LIEGE ZONE 2 INTERCOMMUNALE D'INCENDIE DE LIEGE ET ENVIRONS - SERVICE REGIONAL D'INCENDIE, Rue Ransonnet, 5 à 4020 Liège

The market is divided into lots as follows:

Lot 1 - Trousers (and its 2 renewals)

This lot is divided into tranches:

* Firm tranche: Market tranche 1 - EXERCISES 1 to 4

Lot 1 - Pants

This batch concerns the supply of trousers composing the basic medical intervention kit (TIB MED) in accordance with the Royal Decree of 21 March 2019 (amending the Royal Decree of 26 January 2018) determining the characteristics of the intervention kit used by first aiders active in the context of emergency medical assistance.

This lot aims to equip the operational personnel of the LIEGE ZONE 2 IILE-SRI.

The model must consist only of a combination of the following two colors:

• Fluorescent yellow, compliant with EN 20471;

• Blue enamelled (PANTONE 18-4733 TCX).

This supply is intended to be carried both to the barracks and to intervention in the context of emergency medical aid.

To do this, particular attention must be paid to comfort and particularly to the following points:

• Mechanical protection;

• Protection of climate effects;

• Ease of maintenance (washing and drum drying);

• Durability over time;

• Functionality;

• Comfort on your knees.

Lot 2 - Polo shirts and sweatshirts

This batch concerns the supply of polo shirts and sweatshirts composing the basic medical intervention kit (TIB MED) in accordance with the Royal Decree of 21 March 2019 (amending the Royal Decree of 26 January 2018) determining the characteristics of the intervention kit used by first aiders active in the context of emergency medical assistance.

This lot aims to equip the operational personnel of the LIEGE ZONE 2 IILE-SRI.

Models must consist only of a combination of the following two colors:

This lot concerns the supply of "parka" and "softshell" type jackets composing the basic medical intervention kit (TIB MED) in accordance with the Royal Decree of 21 March 2019 (amending the Royal Decree of 26 January 2018) determining the characteristics of the intervention outfit used by first aiders active in the context of emergency medical assistance.

This lot aims to equip the operational personnel of the LIEGE ZONE 2 IILE-SRI.

Models must consist only of a combination of the following two colors:

• Fluorescent yellow, compliant with EN 20471;

• Blue enamelled (PANTONE 18-4733 TCX).

These supplies are intended to be carried both to the barracks and to intervention as part of emergency medical assistance.

To do this, particular attention must be paid to comfort and particularly to the following points:

• Mechanical protection;

• Protection of climate effects;
