On the Werratal barracks property in Bad Salzungen, two identical four-storey accommodation buildings are to be rebuilt on former construction sites.
For this purpose, the technical equipment planning services in accordance with Part 4, Section 2, Section 53 (2) HOAI are advertised for system groups 1 wastewater, water and gas plants, 2 heat supply systems and 3 ventilation systems in this process.
Procurement includes services for specialist planning Technical equipment for plant groups 1, wastewater, water and gas plants, 2, heat supply systems and 3, ventilation systems with the planning services preliminary, design and approval planning (services according to part 4 § 55 of HOAI, service phases 2-4) with Preparation of the decision document building (ES-Bau) part V as well as the design document building (EW-Bau).
If necessary, further commissioning of the additional service levels (optional performance profile: planning services in accordance with service phases 5 to 8 HOAI) is then envisaged.
Requirements for the building design:
The two immediately adjacent identical new buildings of the accommodation buildings are also intended to reflect the reorientation of the Bundeswehr. For each accommodation building, 138 accommodations (single rooms) have to be planned with their own wet room for servicemen and service-rooms, including the corresponding function and technical rooms (see Attachments B - Room Program and C - Tasks in the allocation documents).
The construction project is to be planned at an accelerated pace as an “effective project”. For this purpose, the possibility of a modular design has to be considered for the planning and execution of the accommodation buildings.
The two accommodation buildings are to be rebuilt on demolished buildings between existing buildings (see Annex A in the award documents).
A budget of EUR 12,351,000 gross (cost groups (kgR) 200 to 700) was specified for each of the two accommodation buildings. This budget should be adhered to. The difficulty of planning for both buildings is estimated as average by the client.
