The subject of the procedure is the comprehensive supply of gas fuel in the form of high-methane natural gas type E (GZ-50), to the following points of consumption:

• for the needs of the boiler house of the Opole Rehabilitation Centre in Korfantow Sp. z o.o. LiberLiberLiberLiberation 11, working in a year-round cycle, on the terms of this specification and the annexes;

• for the needs of the boiler house of the Clinical Centre for Gynecology, Obstetrics and Neonatology in Opole, Władysław Reymont 8, working in a year-round cycle, on the terms set out in this specification of the terms of the order and annexes;

• for the needs of the boiler house Krapkowicki Centrum Health sp. z o.o., ul. XXX — Years 21, 47-303 Krapkowice, working in a year-round cycle, under the terms of this specification of the terms of the contract and the Annexes;

• for the needs of the boiler house Krapkowicki Centrum Health Sp. z o.o., Przychodnia, 47 -300 Krapkowice, 7 School Street, working in the year-round cycle, on the basis of approx.

• for the needs of the boiler house Krapkowicki Centrum Health sp. z o.o., ul. XXX — Years 21, 47-303 Krapkowice, working in a year-round cycle, under the terms of this specification of the terms of the contract and the Annexes;

• for the needs of the Krapkowicki Centrum Health Sp. z o.o., Przychodnia, 47 -300 Krapkowice, 7 School Street, working in a year-round cycle, on the terms set out in this specification of the terms of the order and annexes;

Due to the nature of the contract, the exact consumption of the gas fuel covered by the contract cannot be determined. For this reason, the Ordering Party presented a predictable amount of gas fuel consumption (Annex 3 to SWZ). The Contracting Authority provides that the actual amount of gas fuel consumption may change, i.e. increase or decrease while maintaining the offered unit prices. Given in point 2 and the gas consumption adopted above is only indicative, serving only for the calculation of the offer price and the comparison of the tenders. Thus, the forecast gas fuel consumption described does not constitute an obligation for the Ordering Party to purchase gaseous fuel at the specified amount. The settlement of liabilities arising from the sale of gas shall be carried out at the prices and rates of charges in the submitted offer and on the basis of actual indications of the measurement system.
