The purpose of the Framework Agreement is for Customer to replace the current electronic driving books with a GPS-based fleet management system that can manage the Customer's car park.

The fleet management system is a way to keep track, manage as well as manage its cars. The customer wants the fleet management system to register employees' current ID card, RFID card — 1k Mifare chip. The framework agreement also includes the continuous delivery and installation of the fleet management system to all service vehicles in the Customer car park and also when the Customer purchases new cars. All of the Customer's service cars have installed electronic driving books with GPS tracker and ID poletreader today.

The customer has had an average of about 382 service cars located at Customer's addresses around the country over the past year. The service cars can be used by all Customer's employees.

About 50 service vehicles are replaced annually that must have installed/fitted a fleet management system.
