Deliver Responsive Learning programmes to adult (aged 19+) in the Yorkshire area under the following priorities:

— Priority 1 — Unemployed Adults,

— Priority 2 — English and Maths in the community,

— Priority 3 — Upskilling individuals in employment.

These will be 3 year contracts (delivery quality dependant).

The College is inviting proposals from suitably qualified and experience providers to deliver Responsive Learning programmes to adults (aged 19+) in the North and West Yorkshire area under the following priorities:

— Priority 1 — Unemployed Adults GBP 250 000,

— Priority 2 — English and Maths in the community GBP 150 000,

— Priority 3 — Upskilling individuals in employment GBP 80 000.

All delivery must be in line with eligibility, funding and audit compliance stipulated by the Education and Skills Funding Agency in the Adult Education Budget 2017-18 guidance.
