Management of municipal waste collected from property owners: Part A: management of segregated municipal waste marked with the following codes: glass (150107), metals and plastics (150106), paper (150101), bulky waste (200307), used batteries, chemicals – packaging of plant protection products, paints, adhesives, etc. (200133*, 200134, 200119*, 200127*, 200128) and medicines (200132); Part B: management of biodegradable waste (bio-waste) (200201, 200108) and biodegradable kitchen waste; Part C: management of mixed municipal waste (200301); Part D: admission to PSZOK directly from residents and management of waste marked with codes in SWZ.

Part A: management of segregated municipal waste marked with the following codes: glass (15 01 07), metals and plastics (15 01 06), paper (15 01 01), bulky waste (20 03 07), waste batteries, chemicals – packaging of plant protection products, paints, adhesives, etc. (20 01 33*, 20 01 34, 20 01 19*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28) and medicines (20 01 32); The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with: the offer, the price form – Appendix 1A and a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Appendix 5). The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods in accordance with Articles 3b and 3c of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519). The Contracting Authority does not require the Contractor to undergo an on-site inspection or check by the Contractor the documents necessary to perform the contract available on site at the Ordering Party. Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL, the Contracting Authority specifies the requirements for employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract, consisting in accepting waste, weighing and unloading waste delivered to the installation, issuing the necessary documents related to the acceptance of waste.

B: management of biodegradable waste (bio-waste) (20 02 01, 20 01 08) and biodegradable kitchen waste; The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with: the offer, the price form – Annex 1B and a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 5). 4. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods in accordance with Articles 3b and 3c of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519). D: admission to PSZOK directly from residents and management of waste marked with codem: used tires (160103), used engine oil (130206*), debris (170101, 170102, 170107, 170904), (biowaste) (200201, 200108) and biodegradable kitchen waste, glass (150107), metals and plastics (150106), paper (150101), bulky waste (200307), used batteries, chemicals – packaging for plant protection products, paints, adhesives, etc. (200133*, 200134, 200119*, 200127*, 200128), 200123* Devices containing freons, 200135* Waste electrical and electronic equipment other than those listed in 200121 and 200123 containing hazardous components, 200136 Waste electrical and electronic equipment other than those listed in 200121, 200123 and 200135, 150110* packaging containing residues of hazardous substances or contaminated with them (e.g. plant protection products of toxicity class I and II - very toxic and toxic); 200128 Paints, inks, inks, adhesives, binders and resins other than those specified in 200127. The Contractor shall perform the subject of the contract in accordance with: the offer, the price form – Annex 1D and a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 5).
