One of the strategic projects of the policy team is the 'Coal Spoor'. Part of the project 'Kolenspoor' is the restoration and reuse of our two shaft bocks.

In a first phase, it is important that the municipal authorities have a good view of the building physical condition of both shank bocks. In a second phase, the preparation of the restoration file for these shank bokken has been provided.

The assignment is not divided into plots as it is the same architect who will have to coordinate and monitor the whole process, from the vision in the management plan to the preparation of the restoration dossier and the follow-up of the yard. It is important that the same vision is followed from the design phase to the implementation.
