Thermomodernization of a residential building in Mikołów at ul. Górnicza 5.

Performance of construction works based on project documentation and submission of works from May 8, 2019 (case number AB.6743.204.2019.AW).

Dates of order performance:

Until 8.11.2021, where:

- completion date for construction works: until 18.10.2021,

- deadline for ex-post audit: by 8/11/2021.

The scope of works:

- insulation of the facade and basement walls from the outside using the light wet method,

- replacement of roofing from shingle to roof tiles and repair of the roof covering,

- replacement of windows and balcony doors with new PVC joinery in so-called warm assembly,

- replacement for new entrance doors and interior doors to the attic,

- attic ceiling insulation,

- insulation of the basement ceiling,

- roof insulation above the staircase,

- insulation of internal walls of the staircase from the attic,

- insulation of the roof, ceiling and interior walls of the attic apartment.

Including accompanying works, i.e.

- removal of all foreign and unnecessary elements on the facade and on the roof (removal of bay windows, wills, blinds, grating basement windows, installation of roof windows and hatches),

- arranging the cable routing (laying TV and SAT installations under insulation and bringing the installation to the apartments),

- forging loose fragments of plaster on the facade,

- forging cornices above the plinth and window cornices,

- inserting new ventilators under the windows (in place of existing ones),

- drying and isolation of foundation walls together with crystalline injection,

- flushing rainwater drainage system to the first well,

- installation of new external and internal window sills,

- renovation of stairs (forging of falling parts of stairs and adding concrete to the reinforcing mesh) and installation of a new washed terrazzo surface,

- installing new canopies over the entrances,

- installation of new PVC gutters and downpipes as well as gajgers,

- replacement of flashings,

- installing new roof hatches (2 pcs),

- replacement of the lightning protection installation, flush-mounted on insulated facades and the building framing installation,

- replacement of lighting in places of performed insulation (external lighting mounted on the building facade, basement ceiling and attic),

- installing steel wipers in front of the entrance door,

- banding along the building facade - made of concrete cubes,

- chimney renovation (re-walling and insulation of chimneys from the ceiling level),

- renovation of balconies (forging loose fragments, adding concrete floor with reinforced mesh and inserting system fittings),

- replacement of balustrades for powder coated steel balconies mounted from the outside of the balconies,

- inserting a new lintel above the entrance door and attic,

- accompanying and cleaning works,

- performance of the energy performance certificate of a multi-family residential building (2 copies),

- performing an ex-post audit (2 copies).
