1.1. The subject of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from inhabited properties located in the territory of the municipality of Pawłowice with a subdivision into tasks:
— Task I — Sector I: Pielgrzymowice; Jarząbkowice; Golasowice; Pawłowice: Wspólna Street, Farmnik Street, Młyńska Street and Radosna Street,
— Task II — Sector II: Pawłowice, excluding Common Street, Farmniki Street, Młyńska Street and Radosnej Street; Pawłowice Estate; Pniówek: real estate marked with Polna Street numbers 54 and 56; Warszowice: Granica Street, Szybowa Street, Borki Street and Fr A. Czembora Street,
— Task III — Sector III: Warszowice, excluding Granica Street, Šowa Street, Borki Street and Fr A. Czembora Street; Krzyżowice; Pniówek, excluding properties with Polna Street numbers 54 and 56.
Task I — Sector I: Pielgrzymowice; Jarząbkowice; Golasowice; Pawłowice: Common Street, Farmnik Street, Młyńska Street and Radosna Street1.2. The scope of work includes the execution of:
(a) the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located within the municipality of Pawłowice;
(b) the equipment of inhabited properties constituting a single multi-family development with selectively collected waste containers: paper, plastics, metals, multi-plant packaging waste and glass;
(c) the equipment of waste containers of designated additional sites — waste collection points and their ongoing maintenance;
(d) provision for property owners of inhabited bags intended for selective collection of municipal waste (for exchange).
Task II — Sector II: Pawłowice, excluding Common Street, Farmers, Młyńska, Radosna; Pawłowice Estate; Pniówek: Polna Street 54 and 56; Warszowice: Granica Street, Šibowa, Borki, Fr A. Czembora1.2. The scope of work includes the execution of:
(a) the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located within the municipality of Pawłowice;
(b) the equipment of inhabited properties constituting a single multi-family development with selectively collected waste containers: paper, plastics, metals, multi-plant packaging waste and glass;
(c) the equipment of waste containers of designated additional sites — waste collection points and their ongoing maintenance;
d) providing bags for residential owners for the selective collection of municipal waste (for exchange);
(e) the equipment of containers and the operation of the municipal selective collection point of municipal waste, including the management of collected waste (concerns Task No 2 — Sector II);
(f) Equipment with containers for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and segregated waste collection points in a compact building and washing of those containers (concern Task No 2 — Sector II).
Task III — Sector III: Warszowice, excluding Granica Street, Šowa Street, Borki Street and Fr A. Czembora Street; Krzyżowice; Pniówek, excluding properties with Polna Street numbers 54 and 561.2. The scope of work includes the execution of:
(a) the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited property located within the municipality of Pawłowice;
(b) the equipment of inhabited properties constituting a single multi-family development with selectively collected waste containers: paper, plastics, metals, multi-plant packaging waste and glass;
(c) the equipment of waste containers of designated additional sites — waste collection points and their ongoing maintenance;
(d) provision for property owners of inhabited bags intended for selective collection of municipal waste (for exchange).
