The purpose of the contract is to provide the educational catering service in schools in the region of l'Anoia that have been managed by the Consell Comarcal de l'Anoia, in accordance with the specifications of conditions. This service is the responsibility of the Consell Comarcal de l'Anoia as regulated by the current collaboration agreement signed with the Generalitat de Catalunya

The purpose of the contract will be the school canteen service in public schools in the Anoia region that have been managed by the County Council in accordance with the specific technical specifications (hereinafter PPT). This service is the responsibility of the Regional Council, in accordance with the collaboration agreement between the administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya, through the Department of Education and the County Council of l'Anoia concerning the delegation of competences when managing the transport and school canteen service with regard to primary and secondary schools, and in which the consideration in favor of the latter will be determined by the catering and monitoring service in accordance with the PPT.

Public schools in which family associations have signed an agreement with the County Council for the indirect management of the service are excepted.
