The Swedish Pensions Agency needs consulting support in various real estate-related projects where the consultant, together with the authority's staff, will investigate and plan premises needs, premises design and decommissioning based on operations and organization. This shall be done taking into account operational, economic, technical and legal aspects. The tasks may also include project and design management when adapting and remodeling rental premises. The authority also needs support in rental law issues.

The agency is asking for three categories of consultants; senior consultant, consultant and rental lawyer to be able to call off consulting services for longer, well-defined assignments as well as for short/quick assignments if necessary.

The Swedish Pensions Agency currently has eleven leases on and the total leased area amounts to approximately 22,000 sqm.

Services covered by the procurement are as follows:

·         Current situation and needs analyses

·         Decision support

·         Operational support

The agreement is signed for two years with the possibility of extension one or more times. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed 48 months.
